A familiar blood drive – but never an old one

Voluntary blood donation is held regularly by the Youth Union of Danang Architecture University, yet every drive still brings a special atmosphere. Even though it has become a familiar activity, the acts of kindness given at each blood drive always feel new, because they come from the willingness and generosity of DAU hearts.

💉 From staff and lecturers to students, everyone comes to the programme for a different reason, but all share the wish to contribute their small part to the community. A short moment, a seemingly simple act – yet the blood they give can become a precious source of support for patients in need.

More than a humanitarian activity, each blood drive is also an occasion to spread the spirit of living responsibly, sharing and standing ready for the community within the university environment. For students, it is also an experience that shows how good things sometimes begin with very simple, practical actions.

❤️ A donor may never know who receives their blood. The recipient may never know who gave it. Yet a beautiful connection still exists between them – one born of compassion and sharing.

✨ Each time the programme is held, the familiar scenes reappear: young people rolling up their sleeves, smiles after donating, words of care and encouragement for one another. These simple moments help create a very special side of community life at D.A.U.

A small act – a great deed. Because every drop of blood given is not only an act of sharing in the present, but can also bring more hope to someone in need of help.

🫶 Thank you to all the DAU hearts who are always ready to share, give what is good and spread compassion together in such a natural and beautiful way.
