Every moon season – a journey of love

Some Mid-Autumn Festivals are remembered for the full moon, the shimmering lanterns or the sweetness of mooncakes. But some moon seasons become special because of the love that is given – from young people who want to devote part of their youth to bringing joy to the community.

For the youth of D.A.U, this year's Mid-Autumn Festival began with days of contributing, fundraising and preparing, followed by trips bringing gifts, laughter and sharing to places in need of love.

🏮 The Skills Family Club brought the moon festival to the children at Hoa Mai Orphanage. Mid-Autumn gifts handed out in person, moments of play and the children's smiles made for a simple yet heartwarming gathering.

🥮 Meanwhile, the D.A.U Youth Volunteer Team, together with AIA Life Insurance – MDRT Nguyễn Thị Hương and the Phuoc Duc – Cam Sa (Dien Ban) Charity Team, made a journey of sharing to the Quang Nam Social Protection Centre – where children and elderly people are being cared for. More than gifts, it was care conveyed through every meeting, every word of concern and the moments spent together welcoming a more complete moon season.

✨ Two journeys, two destinations, different companions – but united by one beautiful thing: the wish to turn small contributions into greater joy for the community.

Because sometimes, love does not need to start with something big. A gift, a day of helping, a trip or simply being there at the right moment can become a beautiful memory for the recipient – and for the giver as well.

💛 The moon season will pass and the lanterns will go out, but the love that has been given will remain: in the children's smiles, in the moments of sharing and in the memories of a youth spent living and giving together so beautifully.
